Have you ever wondered how jewellery is crafted from raw metal into a finished piece?
This hands-on course introduces learners to the essential tools and techniques used in basic metalsmithing. During this course, you will explore foundational jewellery making techniques such as sawing, filing, shaping, forming, soldering, Polishing, and working with a variety of metals (Brass or Silver). Through guided practice and step-by-step instructions, learners will be able to create their first ever jewellery pieces (Pendant, Ring, and Bracelet).
Our courses are structured to be a hands-on approach with learners practicing and applying the concepts covered in class through project-based assignments. Each course includes both theoretical and practical components, structured exercises, and final projects at the end.
Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, learners will have:
- Familiarized themselves with basic hand making tools and machineries.
- Experimented with a variety of metals.
- Developed their skills in constructing simple jewellery pieces.
In addition to the above, learners can expect a practical, hands-on learning environment that guides them through each stage of the metalsmithing process. The 3D Jewellery Design – Intermediate 1 course is designed for learners who already understand the basics of 3D modelling and are eager to expand their capabilities. This course introduces more complex tools, techniques, and workflows that will help learners refine their skills and elevate their digital jewellery creations.
Our courses are structured to be a hands-on approach with learners practicing and applying the concepts covered in class through project-based assignments. Each course includes both theoretical and practical components, structured exercises, and a final project at the end.
Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, learners will have:
- Identified MatrixGold tools to create cathedral, bypass, and signet rings
- Understood basic linking techniques for necklaces, bracelets, and earrings
- Compared different stone setting styles (i.e., pave, surface prong / bead setting, channel setting)
- Experimented with decorative elements to enhance jewellery designs (i.e., milgrain and engraving)
- Calculated dimensions, metal, and gemstones weights of models
- Tested appropriate props for rendering
- Created 3D models for printing
In addition to the above, learners can expect a supportive learning environment that builds their CAD proficiency step by step. At every level, learners will develop their ability to create precise 3D jewellery models, understand digital workflows, and translate design concepts into production‑ready files through guided exercises and structured practice.

- Prerequisites: Introduction to 3D Jewellery Design.
- Language: Applicants must demonstrate English proficiency. All programs are delivered in English, with some exceptions for Arabic programs Upon Request.
Certification and Recognition:
Learners registered for our courses and workshops must complete all required coursework. Upon successful completion, they will be eligible for the following:
- Certificate of Completion: Awarded to learners who have successfully completed all required coursework.
- Digital Badge (Credly by Pearson): Learners will also receive a digital badge as a recognition of their achievement, which can be added to their professional platforms and portfolio.

The 3D Jewellery Design: Intermediate 2 course builds upon the knowledge and skills you learned in Intermediate 1. This course dives deeper into advanced techniques, tools, and creative approaches that combine precision and innovation, with a focus on enhancing creativity, problem-solving, and industry-specific practices. The course also covers preparing 3D models for printing and creating polished presentations that reflect professional standards.

This hands-on course introduces learners to the essential tools and techniques used in basic metalsmithing. During this course, you will explore foundational jewellery making techniques such as sawing, filing, shaping, forming, soldering, Polishing, and working with a variety of metals (Brass or Silver). Through guided practice and step-by-step instructions, learners will be able to create their first ever jewellery pieces (Pendant, Ring, and Bracelet).
Our courses are structured to be a hands-on approach with learners practicing and applying the concepts covered in class through project-based assignments. Each course includes both theoretical and practical components, structured exercises, and final projects at the end.
Learning Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, learners will have:
- Familiarized themselves with basic hand making tools and machineries.
- Experimented with a variety of metals.
- Developed their skills in constructing simple jewellery pieces.
In addition to the above, learners can expect a practical, hands-on learning environment that guides them through each stage of the metalsmithing process. Whether building foundational skills or advancing to complex techniques, learners will gain confidence working with tools, metals, and traditional jewellery‑making methods through step-by-step instruction.

This course is designed to provide learners with a solid foundation in jewellery design and illustration step by step. In this course, learners will explore the fundamentals of jewellery illustration techniques such as mark-making, shading, highlighting, and color blending to render different types of gemstones and metals. Learners will gain knowledge on diamond anatomy, facets, design and render their first creations for jewellery design pieces (Necklace, Earrings, Rings, and optional Bracelet or Bangle).
